1. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to:
- All major cities and towns in India through trusted courier partners.
- International destinations via leading global courier services. (Please check at checkout if your country is serviceable.)
2. Order Processing Time
- Domestic Orders: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- International Orders: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Note: Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
3. Shipping Timeframes
a. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available in select cities at extra cost)
b. International Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 10–20 business days
- Express Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
4. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders:
- Standard Delivery: Free on orders above ₹499/-.
- Express Delivery: Calculated at checkout.
- International Orders:
- Calculated based on destination, weight, and delivery method chosen at checkout.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
- You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking portal.
6. Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure that your delivery address, pin code, and contact details are correct at the time of placing your order.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses or unavailability of the customer during delivery attempts.
- If the package is returned to us due to non-delivery, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incomplete order:

- Provide your order number, photos of the product, and packaging.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control
